Webvertize Australia partnered with Bark with Buster to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify, replacing a plugin-heavy stack with a fast, conversion-focused storefront. We rebuilt navigation and product templates, streamlined bundles, and enabled Shop Pay for frictionless mobile checkout. GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console were configured to track add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase events. Inventory and shipping were simplified, speed optimised. The result: clearer journeys, lower abandonment, and real uplift in sessions converted—letting the team see improvements first-hand and spend less time on maintenance, more on growth.

Challenge

Bark with Buster needed a cohesive brand and packaging system for its Australian-made dog treats—warm and approachable, yet premium on shelf. The brief: champion the BWB yellow (#FED844), spotlight single-protein sourcing, and build a flexible template that scales across flavours, sizes, and bundles. Labels had to meet Australian standards (ingredients, analysis, feeding guide, batch/expiry, barcodes) and stay cost-efficient for short runs and reprints.

Our Execution

We ran a fast brand discovery, refined the colour palette around #FED844, and set a clean type stack with bold front-of-pack claims (protein, chew level, size). We built master dielines and modular panels for nutrition, sourcing, and care icons, plus a colour-band variant system for quick SKU rollouts. Back-of-pack added QR to story/traceability, clear benefits, and compliant copy. Print-ready files shipped in CMYK + spot yellow with bleed/trim, plus kraft/matte options and foil highlights. We delivered a lightweight brand guide, editable templates, and 3D shelf mockups so future SKUs stay unmistakably Bark with Buster—online and on shelf.

The Result of Our Work

Webvertize Australia migrated Bark with Buster from WooCommerce to Shopify (OS 2.0), replacing fragile plugins with a clean app stack, rebuilding the theme for speed, and wiring in a full measurement suite (GA4, GSC, GTM, Merchant Center).
