Pet Stays had a dated brochure site that didn’t reflect their warm, cage-free care or convert curious visitors into enquiries. On mobile, content was hard to scan; “Book” and “Contact” were buried; and there were no clear trust signals (reviews, FAQs, policies) near CTAs. Updates were slow and manual, so new services and pup photos rarely made it online. Measurement was thin—no GA4 goals, inconsistent GSC coverage, and no Tag Manager—making it hard to see which suburbs, pages, or campaigns drove calls and bookings.
Solution
Webvertize Australia rebuilt the site as an accessible, mobile-first experience anchored to three journeys—Enquire, Book, and Learn. We created a lightweight component library (hero, reviews, service cards, FAQs, gallery, CTAs) so staff can add services, testimonials, and pup updates in minutes. Clear trust blocks (policies, vet partnerships, safety standards) sit beside every CTA. We implemented GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager with event tracking for calls, forms, and booking clicks, and added local SEO + schema to spotlight suburbs served. The result is a warm, brand-true site that’s easy to manage and built to convert.
